Problem connecting my Maxiscan MS509 to the PC

    Thanks Jroman, i have learn a lesson of buying. I will trow my MS509 away and buy by http://www.diagnoseapparatuur.nl/ a partner of Auteltech.com the AL319 if think thats better and it is supported. Thanks for your reply's

    George no need to throw away your fake ms509 It still works fine just does not have the functions that would require a computer/USB connection to read stored data or update firmware.

     Please i have 2 months with an MaxiScan MS509 , it's on White Screen when i plug in into the PC or in my cars (JEEP/MAZDA) The Pc Program Says that it's connected but never communicates with the App. i dont know what to do. can someone help me please? Thanks.

     MS509 is old product which has been discontinued for a long time, no more update for it. And MS509 is only for OBDII, cannot progrm keys.
